Arrow Exoskeleton Car Legal

A Law firm contacting JonW and asked him to cease and desist on the topic of his AA lookalike. Interesting.

Turbo cars are like hot women. A little edgy, every guy wants one, some guys can't handle them, and if you throw a little alcohol in them they'll rock your world

so what does that mean? Chevy should stop making cars because Ford built one first.

From what I understand, Its not the car its the use of the A&A word in the GRM article, Its a "we have a lawyer on retainer do you" letter.
Shelby has tried and tried and lost every time, and that's for cars that look exactly like his.
The best he has been able to do is stop them from calling their cars Cobras.

If you stop and think about it "Exo cars" was started by the truck guys years and years ago when they put the roll cage on the outside to protect the body work.
These cars aren't Exo cars because the frame isn't on the outside, they are open frame cars just like dune buggies have been for 50 years.

Why would I get a letter....??...

Jon W actually came to Carlisle and hung out with us and the SL-R s while he was building his car and thanked us for helping him out...maybe I should send him a letter too....wink

I told Craig Bramscher before he bought AA that I had a car on the drawing board....didn't stop him from buying AA though...

I hope you don't! The SL-R is clearly not the same design as the AA. Personally, I like it better. It has more of an F1 / Indycar look to it. Glad to see you are getting lots of happy customers in these cars!!!

I don't know how zealous the AA attorneys are, but I don't think they could get too far with their arguments, whatever they may be.

Retarded. Yep, I know....not politically correct. Those who don't innovate or build on their success seem to worry more than companies that are out there designing new stuff.
